Doug has been passionate about Business Development and Leadership for over 20 years. In roles like Director of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Development, he’s created the systems and structures that free business owners and leaders from the chaos of daily operations.
In his coaching, Doug understands that true freedom comes from structure. He takes a strategic, intentional approach to help businesses set boundaries, build momentum, and create the time margin for what matters most—both in business and at home.
On a personal note, Doug is an enthusiastic fan of America’s pastime—baseball. Since 2001, he has coached at the High School and Showcase levels, bringing the same dedication to his players as he does to his clients. For Doug, it’s about developing the complete ‘player’—physically, mentally, and relationally.
Doug, his wife, Kelly, and their four children call Fort Mill, South Carolina home.
