We do not require contracts for coaching but in good faith uphold the client/coach commitment. When a client commits to our program, his/her time slot is honored for the month. Payment is expected upon commitment. If services are not received or the client decides to cancel, all requests for refunds must be made in writing within 30 days of ending the coaching agreement.
