Jessie Barber

Jessie has run the gamut on small business experience over the years. From working as a farm hand on a family-owned farm to serving owners in building out their online presence, Jessie has enjoyed the diversity each role has brought. Her experience in event planning and connection with teams and clients combined with the problem-solving mentality of tech has found its home within BOP with the Director of Client Connection role. Jessie loves working with owners and their key leaders to get to the root problem and then setting a stage to create systems and processes to bring clarity.

When not meeting with the BOP team or clients, Jessie can be found listening to loud music and thinking about how to best bring others’ gifts to light. Jessie is enjoying the life the Lord has graciously given with her husband Sam and their three sons.
