“Coaching, training, and speaking in my past life as the co-owner of The Miles and Smith Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty and owner of Miles Custom Build Homes stoked my desire to coach. Currently, as Executive Director of a non-profit and married to a small business owner, my desire to save others from the mistakes I have made in business & ministry is my passion.
My approach to coaching is to listen, learn, teach, and implement. I do this through listening to small business owners’ obstacles and frustrations, asking a lot of questions, customizing the BOP tools to fit the industry, and then holding my clients accountable to implement what we have learned together.”
Fun Fact:
Patrice loves to be at the lake surfing, killed her first deer last year, and can eat an entire dozen of hot Krispie Kreme doughnuts in one sitting.
