He’s been through the highs and lows of building a company, learning firsthand what it takes to find success—and how to handle failure. This journey has fueled his passion for sharing his insights with others.
When working with business owners, TJ thrives on creating solid plans (which is exactly why he loves the BOP Roadmap!). From coaching on the baseball field to building businesses, he understands that managing teams effectively and putting people in the right roles is essential for success.
In his experience, many business owners come in with a great idea, product, or vision. But often, that ideal plan can get lost—whether due to communication issues, disorganization, or the uncertainties that naturally arise. TJ sees himself as the “Robin” to their “Batman,” helping guide their business forward and ensuring their vision stays on track.
